Lee Graves, a two time world rodeo champion who seriously fractured an ankle at a 2010 rodeo event has been facing surgery and long recovery on his way back to the rodeo circuit. He recently was turned onto stem cell therapy by another rider and has received stem cell treatments in an effort to accelerate the healing process and get him back in form.

Jonathan Tilley of Harvard Medical School discusses a new study which validates his assessment from 2004 that stem cells can be used to make human embryos viable in the laboratory. The potential to help women with fertility issues is enormous. Once this study becomes viabile for the marketplace, fertility clinics could take stem cells from a woman’s egg and make millions allowing ivf possibilities to grow exponentially.
